Idag steg jag upp i ottan (ja, om kl tio är i ottan) och gnuggade grillkrydda, lite salt och torkade chiliflakes på två fläskkarre’bitar och skjutsade in dem i ugnen (125 grader). Efter fyra timmar öste jag dem med skyn i formen och strödde på farinsocker. Fyra timmar till i ugnen och sedan kan köttet dras sönder med gaffel och blandas med skyn. Sallad eller ugnsrostad potatis och rotsaker passar bra till. Hur gott som helst. Vill man ha det i lchf-stil, så skippar man farinsockret.
